Electric
Ionization Field, Not Needle Electrodes
This innovation represents a revolution in the design of ionization
machines. This design, which was created and patented by RC Enterprises,
creates the same type of ionization that exists naturally in clean
outdoor air. Additionally, the flow of electrons that cause the
ionization are contained within the electric field- as a result,
this machine won't cause dirt to stick to surrounding walls (a
common flaw with other designs).
Ionized
Oxygen Molecules, Not Ozone
The NIAT System produces no ozone, but instead produces negatively
charged oxygen molecules (-O2). Negatively charged oxygen molecules
are the most common form of negative ionization in clean, healthy
air. The ozone produced by most other ionization machines is a
toxic gas that, in sufficient volume, can be very harmful to humans
and animals.
Eliminating
Odors and Organic Pollutants
It is a scientific fact that ionization breaks organic chemicals
down into the basic molecular constituents of water, carbon dioxide,
and related metal oxides. The net effect of adding negative ionization
to the indoor air is to eliminate odor causing organic molecules
and other pollutants from the enclosed environment.

Bacteria
Scientific research indicates that bacteria, molds, and viruses
are destroyed by negative ionization. Reducing microbes in the
indoor air results not only in a healthier human environment,
but also lengthens the shelf-life of perishable food items.
Removing
Particulate
Smoke and dust particles are also removed from the air by negative
ionization. As with other effects of ionization, this results
in cleaner indoor air. This beneficial effect of ionization can
be greatly enhanced by combining RC Enterprises' ionization technology
with air filtration.

Easy
to Install and Maintain
RC Enterprises manufactures ionization machines that are ready
to work right out of the box. They require only to be plugged
into a properly grounded, three-prong, 115 v a.c. outlet and turned
on. The machine will draw a current of approximately .5 amps.
There is no maintenance required for these ionization machines-
some machines have already been in continuous operation for more
than 10 years.

Whether the application is to eliminate odors, reduce food spoilage,
or just to enhance indoor air quality the innovative technology

initial cost. Most installations pay for themselves within the

to eliminate odors associated with fish counters in grocery stores
(more than 800 machines are currently dedicated to this purpose).
